Small, red cherry tomato with wonderful, intense flavour. If I were a sensible market gardener I wouldn’t grow these - they are small and fragile and don’t go well in market punnets - but they have a spectacular flavour that has me tucking a plant or two in every year just so I can eat them in the garden.
Perfect for large pots where trusses of fruit will spill over the sides, terrific for children with little fingers, big appetites and patience.
Sow in a warm, well-lit, protected place in spring, harden seedlings off outdoors, then plant into warm, fertile soil when the risk of frost has passed.
Indeterminate, but the low-growing plants are pretty much untameable and difficult to stake. 20 seeds
