My favourite winter salad green! A perennial rocket with honey-scented, yellow, edible flowers. Cool weather makes the leaves sweet - still a little spicy - and delicious, becoming a little more bitter and spicy in warmer months.
Can be sown each season as an annual, or can be left to grow as a perennial so you can enjoy the beautiful perfume of the flowers, which are excellent for pollinators too. Self-seeds freely so dead-head if you want to avoid that.
