An unusual white flowered form of Agastache foeniculum.
A bee attracting, flowering perennial that grows to almost a metre in the warm months and dies back in winter. Unlike it’s common purple form this one has a most exquisite, clean minty flavour, perfect for teas, desserts, salads and cocktails. The flowers and leaves are both edible and wonderful.
A proportion of the seedlings may be the purple form, you can pluck these out and plant elsewhere if you want only the white.
Sow in winter/early spring in seed raising mix outdoors, and plant out when established. Full sun, reasonable soil, but an un-fussy plant once established.
