Spring Beach Sweetie
I found a tomato plant growing and laden with fruit in the middle of winter at the base of a cliff just above the tideline, so of course I had to pick some fruit and sow it the following spring. We grew a few plants out last summer and they were terrific!
I suspect its parent is a ‘Sweetie’ tomato. It produces bumper crops of sweet, tender, little, red cherry tomatoes on long trusses. And it’s proved to be equally hardy through coastal winters and cool Neika summers.
Staking variety, 20 seeds.
