Cauliflower ‘All Year Round’
Cauliflower ‘All Year Round’
Dwarf cauliflower, best grown in fertile, irrigated soil in full sun. Dense, white heads, said to be one of the hardier, easier to grow varieties of cauliflower.
Leaves and flowers are excellent eating too.
Sow in punnets and transplant, or sow direct from August to February in cool temperate zones. Brassicas like cauliflowers are best grown in the cooler months for best flavour and to avoid the worst of the cabbage butterfly and other pest pressure. Space or thin plants to 4 per metre2.
