Delicious, mild, seasoning pepper with 10cm long, red fruit of excellent flavour, commonly used dried and ground. A traditional Basque variety.
Wonderful used fresh as a grilling or salad pepper or in a sofrito, and very easy to dry and store. Sow in warm place in early spring, plant into warm, fertile soil in a sunny position when danger of frost has passed.
